Newly Renovated! Way-Har Farms Guest Cottage

Welcome to Way-har Farms Guest Cottage! In our newly refurbished cottage we hope you have a cozy, relaxing stay. We have tons of fun in store that can be included in your trips package. This can include farm tours, ice cream experiences and more! The family farm is located 1/2 mile down the road for a safe but secluded farmhouse felt stay. With complimentary breakfast and at home activities that include a large backyard with horseshoe throwing, fire-pit, and corn hole; we know there is a guarantee of a pleasant stay! We also have a book with lists of local restaurants, things to do, and what our family does on the farm. Enjoy our cottage to yourself and have a fun, relaxing weekend.

Great stay, for someone from a big city the quiet was really nice. The nearness to the delicious treats at the Way-Har Farm Market was great, all the ice cream and pies tried were amazing.

Lovely cottage nice location. Only issue the one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed had a cat odor. The window was open when we got there but it didn’t get rid of the odor. Other than that loved it and it was clean.

Nice place to stay.

Used this location for a wedding in Allentown and a day at Hershey because it was in-between both location. House was nice, for the price. Road noise from a major street location was a bit annoying. Over all had a nice time.

As many other reviewers have mentioned this home would benefit from blinds and/or blackout curtains due to being situated at a VERY busy street. Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home, the condition of the furnishings and mattresses. Also, there were two big holes in the floor of one of the bedrooms. Altogether the home is in desperate need of a deep cleaning!

Great location to Koziar’s and nearby wineries

Located right on a busy road and beds could use new mattresses, but otherwise it was the perfect place for a weekend. The house was clean and plenty of linens were available to us. The muffins and milk from the farm’s market was a nice touch!

Cozy and comfortable cottage

We stayed at the Way-Har cottage as our son had a baseball tournament nearby. I especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen to be able to cook meals. The farm fresh milk and cupcakes they left for us was so kind! They were delicious. The beds were very comfortable. Our boys loved walking to the farm to see the animals and barn cats. I will start off with the cons. After initial communication I had 3 questions sent to host that were never answered. A final question was answered on the last day when it was too late. That was about access to the washer and dryer as stated in listing. "Fully stocked coffee station" consisted of 4 coffee pods. We were 5 adults there for 3 days ?????? Also, make sure you take shower gel, soap and/or shampoo with you. Hand soap was all that was provided. Two of the three mattresses were taco mattresses - you sunk right to middle. Since we had these issues they have changed the listing details. We were also emailed the wrong check out time and told rudely to "Please leave!"Pro was we had a safe place to sleep.

Very accommodating

As always , a wonderful stay here. We stayed here 3 times as its close to family when we are visiting. We never have to worry about breakfast because there is fresh eggs, milk, chocmilk and a sweet treat waiting for us. Always clean and so cozy! Our daughter got sick the morning we had to leave and she was so accommodating letting us have a late check out! Will stay again!
