Our house is located in the middle of the forest town of Prüm. It was completely renovated, high quality and lovingly furnished.

We offer you a cozy, spacious and luxurious stay on more than 300 square meters of living space. The premises of the house are spread over 2 floors with an attached wellness area.

The wellness area offers a swimming pool, a spacious sauna and a winter garden on more than 100 square meters.

Here you can forget everyday life and relax in a cozy atmosphere.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with an open sideboard to the dining room. This means that even large groups can cook together.

The spacious living room with open fireplace invites you to a cozy get-together.
The attached men's room offers the ideal place to play billiards and drink whiskey.

The price includes towels, bath towels, bathrobe as well as electricity, water, heating, free WiFi and final cleaning.

Fantastic house

Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!

Wir haben als siebenköpfige Familie mit Hund ein Wochenende in der Landratsvilla Prüm verbracht. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Für uns ideal war die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer. Diese sind großzügig und freundlich. Drei Badezimmer gibt es, auch das war für uns ideal. Ausreichend Handtücher und sogar Bademäntel sind vorhanden. Wir haben die sehr gut (!) ausgestattete Küche ausgiebig genutzt und bekocht. Der Grill auf der Terrasse, der Billard-Tisch, eine große Sauna und natürlich als Highlight das Schwimmbad….. alles perfekt für unser Wochenende! Auch die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bei Prüm sind sehr vielfältig. Wir haben den Eifel-Zoo besucht. Das ist auch mit Hund möglich. Leider ist der zweite Kühlschrank nicht mehr intakt gewesen, das haben wir aber mit der Vermieterin bereits besprochen. Es wird bestimmt bald einen Ersatz geben, was bei so vielen Menschen im Haus sehr sinnvoll wäre. Vermisst haben wir lediglich mehr Ablageflächen in den Bädern und Trockenmöglichkeiten für Handtücher. Auch ein paar Kleiderständer in den Schlafzimmern könnten ergänzt werden. Nichts großartiges, vielleicht welche zum Rollen. Aber letztendlich hat das unser Wohlbefinden nicht geschmälert und es gibt auf alle Fälle Fünf Sterne. Wir würden auch wiederkommen, da sind wir uns alle einig! Danke, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!

Super Haus, toll ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Tolle Aufteilung der Räume und der Bereich ist super für eine größere Gruppe. Sauna und Pool natürlich ein Highlight. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und freundlich.Wir würden wieder kommen :)Kleines Defizit, die Gegenstromanlage und die Fontäne am Pool funktionieren nicht. Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor 5 Jahren wurde uns gesagt, „wird nächsten Monat repariert“. Leider wieder oder immer noch defekt.

Das Haus hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Es übertrifft in natura noch die Beschreibung und Fotos. Es ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und, da wir Weihnachten dort verbracht haben, haben wir uns ganz besonders über den Tannenbaum im Wohnzimmer und die wunderbare Weihnachtsdeko gefreut. Insbesondere den Wellnessbereich haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen als Familie sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie

Wir waren mit vier Generationen in dem tollen Haus. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel. Sauna und Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Da das Wetter nicht gut war, haben wir uns viel im Haus aufgehalten. Dadurch, dass so viel Platz ist, war es trotz der großen Anzahl der Personen schön entspannt. Check-in und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war reibungslos und nett. Es gab eine große Anzahl verschiedener Handtücher, Aufgussmittel für die Sauna, Spielzeug und Bücher für die Kinder, eine kleine Bibliothek, einen super Grill, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Uns allen hat es der gut gefallen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
