Featuring a classic, stilted design, the home's split-level floor plan is well-appointed for group gathering and comfort. Enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the private deck and retreat inside to central air-conditioning to beat the heat at the end of the day. Relax in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. The kitchen comes well-equipped with all major appliances (plus dishwasher), cookware, and utensils for at-home meal planning. The shady, ground-floor patio will be a favorite happy hour and post-beach hang out spot for enjoying cold drinks and Gulf breezes.

Located upstairs, both bedrooms include en suite bathroom access. The primary bedroom includes a private, water-view deck.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Spring getaway

The house was cute, clean and had all of the amenities, plus was 2 blocks from the beach. Beds were comfy, upstairs deck was a lot vely place to relax and read

Unbelievably perfect

This property is well-maintained and extremely well equipt. The location is ideal and the neighborhood is quiet and inviting. it is a very short and comfortable walk to the beach. Ideal! Guests need to consider the fact that this is a flight of stairs up from the street and then there is a flight of stairs to the second floor bedrooms. I have highly recommended to Vacasa Two several friends and family members. In my opinion, and it is an extremely well managed operation.

Clean, quiet, adequate.

The unit was practically spotless. Can’t overstate how pleased I was with cleanliness of all rooms. As other reviewers noted: quiet street, very short walk to beach, it appears they have a new couch as it was not broken. The house is definitely a beach house but it’s minimal in that the decor and accents aren’t overwhelming. I really appreciated this aspect. If you need something fancy, this may not be your top option. But if you just want a quiet place very near the beach, do not overlook this house. Would easily stay here again.

A Quiet Vacation

We loved that the refrigerator worked perfectly! The master bed was very comfortable! Even though the house was not conveniently close to the beach, it was a nice quiet location!
