10 min to Ski - Views - Golf - AC/Pool/Hot Tub - High Ceilings - Lodge #406

Our studio condo with mini kitchen and one full bath is located adjacent to all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. It has a full bath, kitchenette with a mini fridge, two stovetop burners, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, and toaster. Great views!! High ceilings are a big bonus!

Studio - 2 Queen Beds

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy that applies to the specific booking platform where they made their reservation (ex: AirBNB, VRBO, etc). When booking direct with VRC, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least 30 nights, the cancellation policy above increases to 60 days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Convenient and Clean

Was great place to stay. Is outside of town but was an easy drive to durango. Room had everything we needed there. Made for a great place to rest our heads after awesome Colorado activities

Stunning views

The property was very comfortable and has stunning views. The check-in/check-out process was very easy and communication was great. I really appreciated receiving information regarding the area. We really enjoyed our short stay and can’t wait to go back.
