The apartment is located in Rabland, a district of Parcines at the foot of the Texel group near Meran. The house is off the road in a dead end street, in a quiet location. The two-room apartment offers about 45 square meters and is comfortably furnished for 2 persons with double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. After a strenuous hike, enjoy the rays of the evening sun on the west balcony. Towels and bed linen are provided. A car parking space is available. Shops, children's playground, bus stop, bank, inns, cafe, pizzeria are about 5-10 minutes walk away.

The holiday village Partschins with Rabland is an ideal starting point for various activities in the Texelgruppe Nature Park. Both the hikes to the alpine regions and the mountain tours of various levels of difficulty make every mountain-hearted heart beat faster. Even die-hard mountain bikers come on forest roads and trails not too short. Two cable cars open up the two sides of the valley and make it easier to reach the height level or make the descent into the valley more comfortable. The Partschinser Wasserfall is not only a breathtaking spectacle of nature but unfolds its health promoting effect by the released water particles. If you want to be more comfortable, choose one of the many Waalwege in the Burggrafenamt or in the Vinschgau, go by bike on the cycle paths along the Adige or visit the many surrounding sights. Schöner Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Meran

Wir haben die Wohnung kurzfristig gebucht und waren sehr glücklich mit unsere Wahl. Schon die Übergabe bei unserer Ankunft war unkompliziert. Wir haben gleich von Fr. Fischer bzw. ihrer Tochter ein paar hilfreiche Informationen bekommen. Es liegt zudem auch noch viel Informationsmaterial in der Wohnung, u.a. mit vielen Wandertipps. Das war für uns praktisch. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Wohnung 7 befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss und hat einen Flur mit angrenzendem Bad und Platz für Jacken, Schuhe Rucksäcke, Taschen etc. Die Wohnküche ist ausreichend groß, mit Blick aus dem Fenster in Richtung Westen ins Vischgau. Dann gibt es noch zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, wir haben nur ein Zimmer genutzt. Von beiden erreicht man den Südbalkon mit schöner Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende Bergkette. Der lange Balkon ist wie üblich durch eine Bretterwand von der Nachbarwohnun getrennt. Man hört also, wenn sich Leute auf der anderen Seite unterhalten. Uns hat es nicht gestört.Auf der Nordseite gibt es einen weiteren Balkon,über den man vom Treppenhaus zur Wohnung gelangt. Von dort kann man auf die Berge der anderen Talseite schauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Es gibt einen Autostellplatz für jede Wohnung im Haus und einen Schuppen für unsere Fahrräder. Rabland selbst liegt sehr günstig, wie wir fanden. Man kann auch ohne Auto recht mobil sein. Es gibt einen Bahnhof, eine Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung, zwei Bergbahnen auf beide Talseiten hoch, der Radweg entlang der Etsch ist schnell erreicht und viele Wanderwege kann man praktisch direkt ab dem Haus beginnen. Die Hauptstraßenverbindung durch das Vinschgau mit entsprechend viel Verkehr geht ebenfalls durch den Ort, wie in vielen anderen Orten im Tal. Das hört und sieht man in der Wohnung aber nicht. Zwei kleine Supermärkte gibt es auch noch in Rabland, Der kleine in der Nähe der Wohnung hat sehr gute Brötchen. Es gibt einige Restaurants, eine Bank, Apotheke und eine Metzgerei. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung und der Lage. Sie ist ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen in diesem Teil von Südtirol. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
