This beautiful part of a two-family villa with pool for the exclusive use of guests and panoramic views of the surrounding hills, is located near (3 km) the pretty village of Montebuono (Terni 35 km). The accommodation is furnished with taste and attention to detail. The first floor of the house is at the disposal of the owner, while guests stay on the second floor of the house. The large loggia with table, chairs and other seating is at your exclusive disposal and you can comfortably eat outside while admiring the characteristic landscape and the beautiful pool with deck chairs and a gazebo. Visit the pretty village of Montebuono with its cellars and ancient towers. Nature lovers will not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful nature reserve of Nazzano-Tevere Farfa, just 25 km away. The nature reserve Laghi Lungo and Ripa Sottile is about 35 km away. The accommodation is ideal for a relaxing vacation, but also as a starting point to reach Rieti (43 km), Spoleto (70 km), Todi (71 km), Viterbo (60 km) and Rome (73 km). Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb mit einem riesigen Grundstück mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einem großen Pool. Die Mutter des Besitzers wohnt im Erdgeschoss und hat uns sehr nett begrüßt, aber sonst war sie sehr selten anwesend. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, hat 2 Balkone/Terrassen, Klimaanlage, die Küche ist eher spartanisch, war aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur empfehlen.

Heaven

When we arrived we thought there were more quests looking at the space there was but we were the only ones. The appartment is very well equiped and beautifully decorated. The pool is clean and large. No traffic noices or anything. Just relax by the pool or sit down in the patio. The hostes lives in the same building but the place is very large. The appartment is completely seperated from the rest. We had a very good time there. When you come to relax and contemplate on life this is a good place to do so. Michelle is very helpfull and helps with restaurant reservations and so on.
