Quiet Hours: (10 PM – 7AM). Please note that due to local ordinance, no loud music or noises are allowed during quiet hours.
Parking: There are two spaces for your unit in the front of the driveway, please park starting from the left to right.
Smoking/Pet Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited and pets are allowed with prior confirmation and paid pet fee.
Laundry: The unit has a washer and dryer, please clean the lint screen after use.

My name is David and my partner is Josh, we love hosting guests in our home. We love to provide and assist guests with any information to discover different places in Miami. Josh is Puertorican and has lived most of his life in Miami, I on the other hand was born in Venezuela to immigrant Chinese parents and lived in Vancouver, Shoal Lake and Coquitlam, Canada and Venezuela. I moved to Miami in the 90's. Now Miami is home and love the vibrant and excellent weather that this tropical place has to offer. I also speak fluent Spanish and conversational Cantonese ( Chinese).
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is close to all the nightlife, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and near the University of Miami. The surrounding neighborhoods, bring an exquisite dinning and shopping experience for any one to envy. We are also steps away from the new Coconut grove train center that you can ride the metro rail that will take you downtown and to Bayside Market place or it also takes you to Dadeland Mall and Merrick park and University of Miami.
