My single-story home is just off the main drag about 5 minutes to downtown, UA, Riverwalk, amphitheater, nightlife, restaurants & stores. Hi-speed Wifi.
The master BR is en suite with a plush, cozy king bed, desk, & spacious bathroom with a double vanity. The living/dining area is designed to relax with comfortable seating & 70” smart tv. ALL 3 BEDROOMS HAVE KING SIZE BEDS & TVS. The fully equipped kitchen is roomy. The furnished patio overlooking the creek is serene & is the only smoking area. Outdoor security cameras monitor the backyard, side yard and front yard.

Please place used towels in the bathtubs or washing machine. Linens can remain on the beds and no need to make the beds as housekeeping will strip them. These things are requests, not requirements.

Why they chose this property

My home is on a culdesac in a quiet subdivision with a lovely creek that runs through it. It is very convenient to everything in Tuscaloosa and Northport yet provides its own private piece of nature.

What makes this property unique

My favorite benefit of the home is that it is one minute from restaurants and shopping, yet the view of the creek through the windows and the serenity of seeing and hearing the water flowing and nature sounds while sitting on the back patio is very relaxing and gives you the feeling of being “away from it all.”
