Top Lage, aber schlechter Zustand der Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist abgelebt. Das Mobilar ist sehr schlicht und wie schon gesagt alt. Gleiches gilt für den Teppich und das Bad. Geschirr und Besteck waren ausreichend vorhanden. Positiv war auch das Vorhandensein von Geschirrspüler und Backofen. Wir fanden die Wohnung in keinem zufriedenstellenden Zustand vor. Die Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem ausziehbaren Couchteil mussten wir erst einmal saugen. Hinter dem Sofa hat vermutlich schon sehr lange niemand gesaugt. Und bei der Endreinigung habe ich festgestellt, dass auch das Regal im Schlafzimmer wohl schon lange keinen Staublappen gesehen hat (war uns Gott sei Dank vorher nicht bewusst). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Das rechtfertigt unserer Meinung nach jedoch nicht den Preis für die ziemlich kleine Wohneinheit. Eine Sanierung würde ich dringend empfehlen, da uns das Wohlfühlen in der Unterkunft sehr schwer gefallen ist.
