Would you like to spend your holiday in one of the most beautiful parts of Split? Here you are less than a five-minute walk from the most famous city beach in Croatia: Bacvice beach! This beautiful villa extends over the wine cellar, the ground floor with an activity room with projector and three more floors with a cloakroom on the top floor. The holiday home is modern and furnished with tasteful designer furniture. There are several different terraces with an outdoor pool and whirlpool on the ground floor. The old town centre is approx. 1.2 km away and can be easily reached on foot.

Birthday celebrations

8 adults travelled for 60th birthday celebrations. Positives, house is large enough to accommodate everyone, only a short transfer from the airport and within easy reach of the beach, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance of the old town and the harbour. Negatives, this house is in the middle of a quiet residential area where any noise carries very easily, it wouldn’t be suitable for a rowdy group or families with young/ teenage children. Fridge/freezer isn’t dependable and maintenance isn’t 24hr cover. Overall we had an enjoyable experience, but we only used this as a base for our few days stay.

Beautiful house in Split

Great house that sleeps 10 comfortably. Property was impeccable upon arrival, presented nicely by Petra, and was exactly like we thought it would be (the photos are representative). There are lots of amenities in the house, and extra bonus items like the pool, hot tub, sound system, pool table and kitchen that made for a great experience!

Split is one of our favorite cities

The property was centrally located and a very friendly host. Very clean, with a couple exceptions which were not super material. We communicated that with the host and she was very prepared to deal with it for the next guest. Very nice home and was shared by 4 couples total. The bed room on the top floor was clearly the best room, but the supporting rooms were decent and the beds were comfortable. Lots of social space and good items in the kitchen to cook and entertain adequately.
