Great Location and Property

Location was perfect. Was able to walk to shops and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was less than a one minute walk. Some complaints I read was about the music coming from next door but was no issue at all. Bedroom is towards the back and with doors closed, didn’t hear anything. The Host was very responsive. Private and secure parking made it even better. We will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

A great mini Honeymoon getaway

We stayed for our wedding night and the night after. We got married in Downtown and enjoyed walking across the street to our VRBO. It was cozy had a great view and was walking distance to everything in downtown Macon.

Downtown location

This VRBO was very nice on the inside. There was plenty of space for my daughter and I. The outside of the property was not as nice. The backside of the property seemed very run down. Grass had not been mowed and the outside of the building looked like it was in bad shape. I do believe this property is in transition and in a few years will be very nice. I was told there was free parking but the parking lot was under construction and I had to park on the street where I had to pay. The host did reimburse me for parking. Property is within walking distance to lots of restaurants which was nice.

Good spot but not a great experience overall

The space was cute and located well, but there were some real problems. The a/c was not working for my entire stay. I let the property know and nothing was done. I woke up my last day with water pouring in from the ceiling and once again there was no urgency to do something about it from the property. It was not a good stay and there were so many little problems. No lights working in the bathroom, nothing to block out light in the bedroom, and the downstairs bar was loud. I won't stay there again.

My stay was cancelled after check in time leaving me with no where to stay. I messaged the host for the check in code after check in time, only for the host to state that the rental wasn't available and they they would cancel. While I did receive my refund quickly, I had to quickly find an alternative and had to pay a lot more than was budgeted. Incredibly disappointed and inconvenienced as this was my first VRBO experience.

Enjoyed My Stay - Great Apartment - Responsive Host

Very nice spacious clean one bedroom. Comfy bed. Washer and dryer worked great. Stocked w coffee pods. Big fridge, stove, , microwave. Very responsive host. I received the check-in instructions the morning of my arrival and the host responded very quickly to my couple questions. My preference would be to receive the check in instructions sooner. It helps me avoid the few unexpected last minute surprises that can arise. But check-in went well and the host responded ver quickly to my couple questions

Cute but Noisy

We picked this location due to proximity to a downtown wedding. Not being familiar with the area we didn't know there was a bar next door. It sounded like it was a fun bar, but unfortunately it was loud until early morning and the bars closed for the evening.

Apartment is up several stairs for those who struggle with stairs. Everything was very nice and well appointed. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it. The view of downtown was lovely. There's a music venue on bottom floor next door. We enjoyed the late night live show. Some may not.

Modern Downtown Loft ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This loft apartment is an excellent place to stay in downtown Macon. Easy access to all major roadways and plenty of food/entertainment within walking distance. Host was outstanding as well as the amenities of the apartment. Would give 10 stars if I could. 😁

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a wedding at the Fall Line Station. The location of our stay could not have been better. Conveniently located near downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping, we parked our car in the secure lot behind the building on Friday, and did not move it until we left on Sunday.

Lovely Industrial Apt stay!

Checkin was pretty easy after we realaized we were looking on wrong side of street. Easy gated prking—code entrance. Apt was as described. Very clean. Perfectly decorated. Nice size bathroom—lots of space. Has a large closet. Location—-perfectly located. 2 blocks to the auditorium. Great breakfast spot across street called Oliver’s.

downtown/budget stay

If you are looking for somewhere in downtown Macon this works. Floors had not been swept or mopped. There were dirty knick knack toys left on top of the tea and coffees. You do have free parking but we weren’t comfortable with getting out in the back alley when we arrived back at night even though it is well lit- you do have to get out and walk to a lock box attached to the gate and enter a code to access a sensor to open the gate. The bar is loud and we thought we could sleep through it, we were wrong. When the band stopped we could still hear the conversation of the neighbors or the trains as they rattled by. The bed sheets had some small stains and the mattress was definitely springy and not comfortable.this place has potential but we would return in the current state.
