Our beautiful home is located in the 5000 Section

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which include 3 queen beds and 1 King Master bed.

Our spacious deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to enjoy the sun or shade, while enjoying a constant breeze and sounds of the ocean.

Once returning from the beach, you will take pleasure in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

The home will sleep 8 comfortably.

Each bedroom is equipped with cable and smart TV’s along with Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances and beautiful soft close cabinets.

We do not allow pets or smoking.

You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.

Linens and towels included.

Maximum 4 cars allowed.

Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per vehicle (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchases within 14 days of arrival

We require a 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day to August 14, 2023
