Leider unseriöses Vermieterverhalten

Ca. 3 Wochen vor Urlaubsbeginn haben wir mit Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen. Er teilte uns mit, dass er uns die bestätigte und bereits angezahlte Unterkunft nicht zur Verfügung stellen kann. Als Alternative würde er uns ein anderes Ferienhaus (als "upgrade") anbieten, oder es wäre eine kostenlose Stornierung über Fewo möglich. Gründe dafür hat er uns leider nicht genannt. Da wir jedoch unseren Urlaub nicht verschieben konnten, haben wir die Alternative akzeptiert, obwohl sie nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Beim Alternativangebot "Forstauers Teichalm" zeigten sich bei der angegeben Ausstattung Mängel: kein SAT-TV, schlechtes Internet, Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, keine Handtuchhalter im Bad, keine Bedienanleitungen TV und Müllentsorgung. Leider auch kein Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Für uns war dies kein Upgrade.! Für 5-7 Personen definitiv viel zu klein. Bei Stornierung hätten wir keine Bewertung über das Verhalten des Vermieters abgeben können. Das Haus am Mühlbach können wir leider nicht bewerten. Trotz mehrerem Nachhaken leider keine offene Kommunikation seitens des Vermieter, warum gebuchte Unterkunft nicht möglich war.
