In the former landw. Property is the entire ground floor available. Attic and cellar are not inhabited. The 405 m high hamlet is an ideal starting point for excursions and tours in the Bavarian Forest. The apartment is fully furnished with Wi-Fi, 45 inch TV / Internet, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven with ceramic hob and extractor fan. Dining area for 6 people in the kitchen. Washer and dryer are available for free use in the pantry. In the bathroom with toilet and shower spoils you a floor heating. In addition, another, separate toilet is available. The approximately 120 square meters living space, the beautiful view (if the weather is appropriate Alpenblick possible) and garden with barbecue give you the feeling of freedom. 2 supermarkets in approx. 1 km distance offer fast supply possibilities. There are doctors and other facilities at Hunderdorf, 2 km away.
The motorway junction Bogen is about 3 km away.
In winter, there may be disturbances in heavy snowfall / Eisglätte on arrival and departure to the municipal snow removal.

Wir waren zu dritt in der 4-Zimmer-Wohnung, die groß, hell und freundlich war, auch der Hund hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt - es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Schöne Lage mit Weitblick (auch vom Balkon und Garten aus). Absolut empfehlenswert!

Vorab schonmal soviel. Haben schon seit 30 Erfahrungen mit Ferienhäusern in Deutschland Österreich und Italien.Sterzenberg ist in Punkto Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Komfort das absolute Kronjuwel. Super Aufteilung der Wohn und Schlafzimmer.GroßzügigesBad und separates Gäste WC. Top ausgestattete, moderne Küche bei der an alles gedacht wurde. Genug Platz für Familien auch bei schlechtem Wetter.Ein großer Hof mit Platz zum Grillen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und ein toller Sonnenuntergang fast garantiert. Ausgangspunkt für tolle Erlebnisswanderungen. Die Vermieter fühlen sich eher an wie jahrelange Freunde und wir würden herzlich empfangen . Es gibt schlicht keinerlei Kritik. Hoffen es klappt wiedermal mit Villa Sterzenberg

Eine super schöne Wohnung, tolle Aussicht (Achtung, vor der Tür gehts nur bergauf und bergab). Ausstattung super, es fehlte an nichts.Dazu schnelles WLAN, ein guter Fernseher, bequeme Betten.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen - sogar mit einer Auswahl kalter Getränke im Kühlschrank!Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Mit dem Auto sind in kurzer Zeit schöne Wander und Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank an Familie Hornberger!

Traumhaft

Hatten eine super Zeit auf dem ehemaligen Hof in Hundersdorf. Echt "Wow",.... Wir wollten gar nicht mehr heim! Das war hoffentich der Anfang von ganz vielen Urlauben hier ;-)Ganz toller Vermieter.

Familienurlaub

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung

Unterkunft für 3 Ehepaare völlig ausreichend. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort und leckere Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr sauber, Vermieter äußerst zuvorkommend, alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren mit 4 Personen im Ferienhaus es war einfach nur super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet die Lage war für Ausflüge in der Nähe sehr gut wir würden sofort wieder dort hin fahren

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten in dieser sehr großen und sauberen Ferienwohnung einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles was man braucht war da, viel Platz und die Kinder konnten durch die Wohnung toben. Perfekt und ruhig gelegen und guter Standort um verschiedene Ausflüge zu machen

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Räume sind großzügig bemessen und die Aussicht sehr schön. Die neuwertige Küche sowie sämtliche Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Alles in Allem eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Schöne Wohnung - gute Lage - nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Positiv anzumerken ist auch die großzügig bemessene Abstellfläche im Bad. Die Lage ist sehr günstig für schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Der Kontakt mit dem Ehepaar Hornberger war vom Buchungsvorgang bis zur Abreise hervorragend. Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben und rundum wohlgefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist Top, es ist alles da was man zum wohlfühlen braucht. Die Lage, mit der damit verbundenen Aussicht, ist einfach genial. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr freundlich und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir und unser Hund haben die Tage in Starzenberg sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und alles war desinfiziert. Die Ausstattung ist für die Ferien ausgezeichnet, in der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und besorgt, dass man auch wirklich einen schönen Urlaub hat. In der Umgebung hat man viele Möglichkeiten, seine Zeit zu gestalten: Den bayerischen Wald, sowie kleinere und größere Städte. Auch Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, wie z.B. der Waldwipfelweg.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und der Ausblick toll. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Unsere Kids haben die Feuerschale und den Garten geliebt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche, humorvolle und unkomplizierte Menschen. Danke Euch, Hans und Claudia, das Ihr das so toll macht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
