Angenehmes Klima

Wohnung war schön klein und kompakt gehalten, also platztechnisch völlig ausreichend und angenehm. Nur die Badtür müsste mal repariert werden, die ging ständig von alleine auf, auch hätte man für die Küche eventuell ein Geschirrtuch mehr und auch Kochhandschuhe organisieren können.

nette kleine Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung in der 2. Etage. Wir wurden persönlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt. Sie ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht, dass uns nichts fehlt. Bis auf die grenzwertige Parkplatzsituation ist Warnemünde und auch diese FeWo zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber, Wohnung charmant und liebevoll eingerichtet, Vermieter sehr freundlich

Objekt wurde toll saniert, alten Holzdielen haben ihren Reiz, Wohnung ein wenig verwinkelt, was den Charme dieser Wohnung ausmacht; Lage des Objekts liegt sehr zentral, alles gut erreichbar; man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung; Kleine Anmerkung: wenn im Bad ein Halter für das Toilettenpapier und eine Ablage unter dem Spiegel noch angebracht wird, dann wäre alles perfekt:-) Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit die Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn wir in Warnemünde sind. Großes Lob an die Vermieter für ihren guten Geschmack sowohl für die Einrichtung als auch für die Sanierung des Objekts!!!
