Great Location

This was a great place to stay. Close to beach and restaurants. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue or question. Would defiantly stay here again.

The place was very peaceful and in a location that was right in town next to everything to make it easier to travel around. We loved the house and the pool. The beds were super comfortable and so was the couches. I highly recommend this place to stay in Venice. Beautiful, peaceful, and located near everything you need.

Great location!

We have been coming to Venice every summer for 20 years and have rented many places. The cleanliness and location of this home to Venice, Nokomis, Manasota, and other beaches is perfect.

Wonderful house!!! Awesome pool!!!

This house was great! It was clean and tons of linens were provided. Kitchen stocked well with everything you would need. The pool was amazing! Rooms were large and all 3 rooms had a private bathroom. Washer and dryer are a great add as well. Location was perfect to so many beaches, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

It had everything you needed for a relaxing beach/pool vacation. Slept wonderful was very relaxing! Beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome! So close to Venice beaches! Loved it!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with great pool. Quiet neighborhood close to the strip to the beach. The house is very clean and the bedrooms are large, each having its own bathroom.

Everything was just perfect for us at this house and very clean! We would rent again. House is very comfortable and very nicely done. Pool was great the bottom of the pool had litter stones instead of rough cement and very clean.

Nice place in Venice

The house was very nice and clean inside and the pool was really nice. We had our dog with us so it was nice to have the extra room and the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a park a couple blocks away with tennis and pickleball courts which we used. It was convenient to historic downtown Venice and to all the beaches. We’ll definitely keep it on our list for a future stay.

Perfect vacation time in beautiful cozy house!

We stayed during first week in December. The house is very clean and conveniently located for restaurants and beach access. It was easy to check-in. The house is nicely equipped for the client’s stay! Heated pool is definitely a plus. We would highly recommend and plan on staying again when we have a chance.

Nice little find.

Complete gut job done on this cute little house. Every surface is fresh and clean. Pool was very nice. Third bathroom was very cozy but adequate. The neighborhood is quiet. Location was excellent, being close to downtown Venice for shopping and dining. Patio furniture could use updating. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

An ideal place to stay. Cleanliness was most important to me and this place was spotless. Appears to have just been completely remodeled. Appliances and furniture were new. Beds were comfortable. Fenced in yard gave good privacy. Great location. Beach was within walking distance. Shopping only minutes away. I had zero issues with this stay and definitely recommend it.

Lovely, private backyard pool

We were extremely pleased with the layout and cleanliness of this house. There are lots of windows to let in the light, and the high ceiling in the living room/ dining area gives an airy feel. We really enjoyed having the pool and patio area as well. The property manager was easily accessible, and took care of our requests. We highly recommend this house, and hope to return in the future.
