Haus mit Garten für uns mit Hund perfekt. In der Nebensaison wenig los, auch sehr angenehm die ruhige Lage. Fußmarsch zum Strand...ideal für Hunde.

Umzäunten Grundstück, Lokale und alles zum Einkaufen ist fußläufig erreichbar. Fahrräder in schlechtem Zustand. Allerdings sind auf dem Nachbargrundstück Hühner. Für unseren Hund kein Problem
Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Hund dort und die Hühner waren für sie kein Problem. Dies sollte man beachten wenn man mit einem Hund anreist. Supermarkt und Bäcker sowie der Metzger sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand und Lokale sind schnell zu erreichen

Zweckmäßig mit Modernisierungsbedarf
Es ging so. Unser kleiner Hund fand es gut, nachdem wir erst mal 10 Hundehaufen der Vormieter aus dem Garten geräumt haben. Das Haus war bei Übernahme nicht ordentlich gereinigt, der so genannte Garten war nur eine trostlose Vegetationsfläche mit paar großen Bäumen in denen Tauben saßen und die schnuddelige Terasse einschließlich Tisch und Stühlen vollkackten. Das Garagentor lässt sich nicht verschließen, die Garage ist nur für Kleinwagen nutzbar, da Sie als Abstellraum für Dinge, die die Welt nicht braucht, genutzt wird. Der Stromverbrauch ist extrem limitiert, sobald der Wasserkocher, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine gemeinsam laufen, wird ständig die Energieversorgung unterbrochen, das nervt total. Alles wirkt etwas abgenutzt, wir können das Objekt nicht empfehlen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es in dieser Preislage wesentlich bessere Objekte.
