Walk out the front door onto the shared breezeway to spectacular views of the emerald blue water of the gulf and sugar white sand. Take the elevator downstairs to direct beach access right behind the pool! Perfect secluded cove for families & exceptional snorkeling all just a 4 minute walk from pool. Located at the end of the Peninsula so minimal vehicle traffic!

The beach is accessible by walking out from the pool area has fantastic snorkeling. So if you’re a fan come prepared! There are no roadways to cross so it’s quick and easy. Your toes will be in the sand in minutes and feet in the water after just a few short steps!
###Our pool is NOT heated### You’re going to fall in love with the Destin beach in no time. The white powdery sand and turquoise blue water are hard to beat. The poolside villas location is especially helpful to avoid the typical busyness and traffic of some of the more densely populated parts of Destin. Because the condo is nestled into the beach at the end of the peninsula on Holiday Isle. You’ll be naturally insulated and enjoy more privacy with less traffic and noise. If you’re a fan of deep sea fishing or snorkeling you’re really in for a treat. The first beach you reach after exiting the condo pool area has exceptional snorkeling. If you enjoy fishing you’ll love to know the Destin Harbor marina (just across the bay) is famous for having the Largest Private Charter Fishing Fleet in all of North America! The nearby East Pass is a landmark location because it’s the nearest point to deep water fishing on the entire Gulf.
Make sure to come prepared to take advantage of the equally close Destin East Jetty (famous for swimming & snorkeling in clear waters home to rays & turtles, with a wooden jetty over a beach area). Watch dolphins from the beach or from the water!
***We are 100% NON SMOKING.*** We do not allow smoking or vaping in the unit, on the balcony, in the breezeway, stairwells, by the pool, or anywhere near the building. This includes marijuana (which is illegal in Florida). If you smoke you will be kicked out with NO refund. You will also be charged a $350 smoking fee There is one Nest camera at the front door entrance that faces the breezeway. It remains in use at all times. Our building has direct access to a shared public beach. You will share the beautiful beach with other rental guests, as well as a portion of the beach that is reserved for guests of the Emerald Grande hotel.

We are not responsible for road work or Fiber installation on Gulf Shore Drive.

The only check out chore we ask our guests to do is clean up any dirty dishes and run the dishwasher. However, any excessive mess outside of what is considered reasonable or “normal” will result in extra cleaning fees. If our cleaning service charges extra because you trashed our home, you will be charged their fee. Please be considerate of our home and our cleaners, they work hard for you!
