In the living area there is a wall unit (folding beds with a slatted frame and latex mattress to suit the body), a sofa bed with a side table, and a dining table with comfortable chairs. In the spacious built-in wardrobes you have enough space for your luggage and a wall safe to lock your valuables.
An LCD flat screen TV (cable TV), DVD player and a micro stereo system are available. WiFi is now available!

The modern kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, 2-plate electric cooker (ceramic hob), sink, microwave and new dishwasher. Coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle and toaster complete the equipment.

In the shower room / toilet there are new sanitary objects (wall-mounted toilet, washstand, flat shower tray and shower cubicle). The bathroom is newly tiled and has new ceiling panels and new lighting. Hairdryers and cosmetic mirrors are available.
The loggia is located in the south-west and invites you to sunbathe.

2 comfortable Kettler garden chairs with footstools incl. Cushions and an umbrella are available.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Schöne und sehr funktionale Wohnung mit Balkon in sehr zentraler Lage. Wir waren überrascht, wieviel Platz diese 1-Zimmer-Wohnung bietet. Ideal für bis zu 2 Personen. Komplettiert wird die Wohnung durch einen gesicherten Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der die Parkplatzsuche in dem doch zur Silvesterzeit sehr vollen Zentrum unnötig macht. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Gerne wieder.
