The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, adding a luxurious touch to your stay. Another full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor, with the third one in the basement.

The open-concept kitchen and living area serves as the heart of the home, ideal for gathering with family and friends. High ceilings and large windows create an inviting space, complete with a spacious sectional sofa, fireplace, and Smart TV with streaming services. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine (K-cups provided), an espresso machine, an island with seating for three, and a large dining table for eight —perfect for group meals.

In the loft, you`ll find two fold-out futons and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, overlooking the living area and fireplace. The garage has been converted into a spacious gym with an infrared sauna. The basement features a large sectional couch, Smart TV, dry bar, card table, and dartboard. It also houses the arcade room and laundry room.

Enjoy the private deck with a gas BBQ grill (propane included), a hot tub, and a cozy gazebo. Unwind by the wood-burning firepit (firewood provided) or relax on the sandy beach, complete with two beach chairs and a kids` playhouse. Take advantage of the lake access with a dock, two kayaks, and a children`s playground. You can even fish off the dock with our provided fishing poles!
✔Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
✔Guests will have full access to the entire house and property. Be aware that there is no barrier between the backyard and the lake.
✔We have a manager in the area if needed.
✔Must be at least 25 years old to book
✔There are 2 exterior security cameras located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway and on the back deck facing the yard. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
-Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges. (Evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind indoors will result in a
$1000 fine)
- You cannot swim in the lake.
- No setting off fireworks, it`s illegal
- No pets allowed (if pet is not approved, $300 deep cleaning fee will be
added)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. Only guests staying at the house are
allowed on the property
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
-Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
- There are 2 exterior security cameras located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway and on the back deck facing the yard. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
-Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.
-Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.
-Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.
-Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
✔IMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
-Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.
Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.
This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.
