The holiday home was fully renovated by us owners in 2018 with love for the detail and will be available in February 2019. It has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious living / dining area with a fireplace with a view of the Labenzer lake. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. It can accommodate up to 5 people on 60 m2. The house with sunbathing lawn and covered terrace is oriented towards the SW with a view of the lake with a flat sandy bathing area and boat mooring 100 m away ideal for families or anglers. The property is not fenced in on a slope of 250 m2 and is located in the Sternberger Seehenlandschaft nature park surrounded by forests and fields, there are extensive hiking trails whether on foot or by bike. If you bring bicycles, there is a garage for you to store them.
Information about excursions in the area is available for you. You can shop in Warin, 3 km away. There are several discounters, specialist markets, banks, a petrol station, doctors, etc., like in a small town. To all anglers the lake is approx. 230 H tall and at the deepest point 34 m deep very clean and fish kingdom from old carp stocks to salute perch sw.
