It is located on a hill in the country of the Canal du Midi, 22 km from Narbonne, 32 km Béziers and 1 hour from Carcassonne. It offers spectacular views of the vineyards and the village from the terrace. The fully enclosed garden is an oasis of calm and freshness by its lush vegetation. There is no direct traffic in the vicinity.

In any season the villa is for rent, because a good insulation, a fireplace and the electric convectors provide warmth. You enter from the exterior into a comfortably furnished, spacious living and dining room with a large window front and a beautiful view. The large bedroom is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. You will enjoy every moment of your vacation thanks to a beautiful summer kitchen with barbecue, pool house, the various terraces, one of which is covered and another is protected by an awning. There will always be a shady spot for you.

The village of Cruzy is a real oasis of calm. It is located not far from the Canal du Midi, on the border of Aude and Herault, 100 km from Montpellier. Cruzy towers over the Nazoure River, near Montouliers and Ouveillan, in the wooded hills, valleys and vineyards of St Chinian. This typical and well-preserved place invites you to discover it. You are spoilt for choice: explore magnificent architectural sites such as castles, abbeys and museums, or prefer magnificent dinosaur fossils and an exceptional collection of prehistoric pottery. Or do you prefer to visit the region with its charming towns like Minerva, Olagues, Cessenon-sur-Orb, Roquebrun or do you prefer regional parks and the beautiful downhill tracks? In Cruzy starts one of these routes called "Défilé de Marie Close", a narrow and deep gorge that will put you under a magical spell. In any case, there is something for everyone!

Gourmets must browse the colorful local markets to try some of the most popular dishes: Among the best is the 'Petit Pâté de Pézenas', a roll of golden dough filled with sweet and salty mutton. It is served as an appetizer or dessert and is preferably accompanied by a red wine from the renowned Corbières vineyards or a Muscat de Frontignan. Shellfish lovers should not miss the oysters with their subtle iodized scents of Gruissan and Leucate. A glass of wine from Gruissan or a very cool Chardonnay will complete this culinary excursion.
