Log Home Retreat on Beautiful Sulphurous Lakefront

Be at home in our custom built lakefront log house situated 30 minutes east of 100 Mile House, British Columbia. The many features include four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus a master bedroom en suite, spacious well-equipped kitchen and dining area, great room with a gas fireplace, and a cozy loft retreat for TV viewing or reading. With views from every window, a large deck for relaxing and al fresco dining, you’ll soon be luxuriating in the holiday feeling that the Cariboo Cabin promotes.

The two acre property includes over 200 feet of waterfront, your own dock for boating and swimming access, and another deck for lakeside viewing of the varied bird life.

Whether you come to canoe, fish, swim, walk or read in the summer, or cross-country ski, ice-fish, snowmobile or hibernate in the winter, “The Cariboo Cabin” is your ideal holiday retreat.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOT TUB AND DOCK ARE AVAILABLE ONLY FROM MID-MAY TO MID-OCTOBER.

This retreat is phenomenal. I was in the area for a wedding so we had a group of 6 of us staying here. The host was wonderful and always communicated quickly. There was so much space for us, the quality of bedding and towels was excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped. The hot tub was awesome. We enjoyed the lake so much with the dock and the kayaks. We hope to come back some time to just relax.

This cabin was the perfect getaway for my husband and I and could easily accommodate families or multiple adult couples. It has everything you need for rest and relaxation. We enjoyed the lake using the kayaks provided. Enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. There’s even a covered deck for when it rains you can still enjoy the views but protected from the rain. It’s a beautiful place to walk through the community and look at all the wildflowers and wild life. The cabin itself is very well cared for and clean. They had games and movies to enjoy on those days where maybe the weather is not cooperating. Best of all a hot tub for those chilly nights or sore muscles . The host was very accommodating and we will stay again.

Great spot on Sulphurous Lake

The property was as described and the hosts had great communication. It's a wonderful place to soak in some nature, go for a paddle and spend time with friends and family.

Exceptional place for all occasions

This amazing log cabin has everything you need for a serene getaway. Host is quick to respond and the place is well equipped. It was 5.5hr drive for us but it was well worth it and we are already considering going back!

Great Getaway

We have stayed twice now and can not wait to hopefully rent it again. Weather was awesome, the fishing was slow but we managed to bring some home. We did some atving got to see some more of the area. Love it there!

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Years. The cabin is beautiful, clean, large and full of everything you and your family/ friends would need: games, blankets, pillows, wifi, tv, movies, dishes, auger for ice fishing, peace and quiet, views etc. We were very happy with our stay and would love to return!
