In the residence forest house modern holiday apartments with all Einrichtungskomfort are available. The complex is based on the well-known Usedom resort architecture. You will find the typical bay windows and balconies of the old Ostseevillen. Only 200 m from here to the 40 km long Baltic Sea beach. Here you can also buy fresh fish directly from the fisherman almost every day. Even outside the high season, you will gain new energy for the stressful everyday life with the sea and forest air.  The residence Waldhaus is centrally located. The building with an Italian restaurant was completed in 1997. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. Each apartment has its own parking space, which can be rented for an additional fee.

Once in our apartment in the 2nd OG can arrive your vacation begin. In the entrance area you will find next to the wardrobe also a chest of drawers and shelves. From the hallway, turn left into the fully equipped kitchen. To the right, they come to the shower room with toilet. Schräglinks welcomes you in the spacious living and dining area with light beech furniture. The dining table invites you to cozy table rounds. The living area under the skylights with comfortable upholstered furniture lets you relax after the day on the beach, at the backwaters or the many other activities. If your beloved pet loses the fine Usedomer sand here, that's easy, because the apartment is completely tiled. Only the bedroom, which is located next to the living room is equipped with rustic carpet. From here you enter the west-facing balcony, which absorbs the tranquility of the nearby beach forest and gives free views.
