Very clean, spacious and fully equipped on the second floor of this restored home. Rod has everything you need, including the coffee and bottle water! Great location to anywhere- downtown and restaurants. Will stay here again. Thanks Rod, great to meet you!

This house was a beautiful older home and perfect for our needs. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable. Great communication from Rod, the owner. Highly recommend staying here!

The neighborhood is beautiful and the property is very convenient to shopping and dining. The host is very sweet and responsive. We had problems with the VRBO app but he provided an alternative to communicate. This is an older home with a lot of charm and plenty of comfort. Also expect fewer electrical outlets and plan accordingly. Bring an extension cord or two.

The house is in a great neighborhood, with lots of great restaurants nearby. It is also very close to Centenary College, where we were attending Homecoming festivities. Rod was great with communication and greeted us when we checked in. I love this neighborhood and would definitely stay again.
