The place appeared exactly as described in the pictures. It was close to the airport & the strip. Check in & check out process was simple & quick. Valet parking was very helpful. Host was prompt & responsive to all the communication we had. Overall, a great place to stay!

Room is somewhat dated. Not enough plug outlets for chargers. The outlets near the bed are in lamps and charge at a trickle. Bathroom sink was clogged and dirty when I arrived and there weren’t any face towels. The host was excellent in responding and having those items corrected on a rush basis.

The place was mostly as expected. There are several updates and minor repairs that are needed. The place is great for short stays 2-4 days. We stayed longer and needed more towels which seemed to be an issue with cleaning staff. Different non-feather pillows were available for an additional cost. Overall, the stay was good and pool and gym were very good.

Royce was an amazing host. He was very quick to return messages and the condo is beautiful, modern, spacious, and clean. Check in was easy, and access to the pools was great. We especially loved the smaller, quieter option pool at Palms Place. The whole place had a great vibe and everyone was having a great time. Self parking was a breeze for us. The patio balcony in the mornings had fabulous views of the mountains, perfect for sipping coffee (also a great feature for us that the coffee maker and supplies were in the room). I would say the only downsides were that the freezer made ice too slow to keep up with our need, so bring an extra bag of ice if necessary. And nothing to do with the room itself, but the elevators were very slow so plan for extra time on that. Not sure that they were all working. We would definitely recommend this condo for a Vegas stay! Thank you again for hosting us.

Great location, perfect for a couple to be comfortable.

We were very happy to find this studio apartment and would stay again. We couldn't use the safe and the one vanity sink didn't drain well but everything else was very nice.

Quiet!

This is a great place to escape the insanity on the Strip, but close enough to get there easily. Also an excellent place to jump off for day trips to state and national parks.

Enjoyed the condo...super clean and conveniently close to the strip...great food places nearby...saw a movie in the movie theatre on property...the pool was great...and it was hot...lol Pool only open until 6pm though

Convenient to the Strip

The room was clean and the view was breathtaking at night and during the day. I loved the valet parking very convenient. This location was very close to the strip and seeing clients. I would definitely come back again.
