Great location with easy access to Cary

This was our second stay. Lots of room inside, clean, plenty of supplies. Great location and easy parking. Quiet neighborhood & easy to take walks. A little less lighting than other places we have stayed but opening the curtains during the day greatly helped. Overall - had everything we wanted & made for a very nice stay.

Nice Location - Great long Stay

Well stocked with supplies. Great off street parking & house had what we needed for our 11 day stay. Ian was very responsive to all questions. Easy to get to places in Cary from house.

The stay was great. The house was very well located for our needs and the place provided exactly what we required for bedrooms and other amenities. The chairs were a little low and not very comfortable for older adults. Also the landscaping needed to be cleaned up as the front of the home was obscured and a little overgrown which detracted from what was pictured in the listing.

Wonderful place to stay in Cary!! The house had everything you need and more! Enjoyed the open floor plan, one level, quiet neighborhood, and close to everything in Cary. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Cary!

Graduation Trip

This was a great property that we'll definitely use again when we are in the area. It's conveniently located in Cary and easy to get to Chapel Hill, Durham and more. The only thing we were disappointed in was the pull out bed in the den. It's a short twin at best and not suitable for an adult. It would be better if it had a memory topper to put under the bedding. Unfortunately, our 81 yo aunt had to put up with it for this trip.

Perfect!!

We came to visit family and we’re looking for a place to be able to meet with our 88 year old parents, other than a hotel lobby or restaurant. Cozy industrial was just right. Easy walk to the door and comfortable surroundings inside. The kitchen was stocked so that we could make a meal. We will definitely be back.
