Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe from the open great room or sunny deck of this lovely lakefront condo. Located at the Brockway Shores condo complex, this lakefront condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms, with beach and pier access. Walk to Kings Beach and local restaurants. There is a large lawn area for lounging and horseshoe that families can enjoy together.

The comfortable living room is open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen making it accommodating for the social cook. There are two primary ensuite bedrooms off a balcony with a view of Lake Tahoe. This condo was recently remodeled - including a brand new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms and a new laundry room. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and the family room has a sleeper sofa.

Location:
Located in Brockway, on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, amongst all the summer fun - swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, picnicking and relaxing. In winter, Northstar Ski Area is 15 minutes by car. Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows are 25 minutes by car. The North Shore also boasts wonderful lakefront dining and a variety of nightlife including the casinos which are just a few minutes drive away. From the condo complex it is an easy 5 minute walk into the small mountain community of Kings Beach for shopping or dining.
This fantastic Tahoe lakefront condo has a great central location to the North Shore of Lake Tahoe!

Parking:
Parking is guaranteed for 1 car. Guest spaces throughout complex. All cars must park in designated spaces. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Great place!

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Location is great just a short walk into kings beach. Property location is beautiful with great views of Lake Tahoe. Plenty of space and great parking right outside front door.

Our family loved our stay here. Great condo and great location - it was so nice to be able to pack our wagon and walk to the lake without hassling the traffic and parking. The kids also loved walking to ice cream every evening. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Week Away

Great location and very comfortable. Our family stayed for a week during the winter and had a great experience. The condo is spacious, comfortable, well stocked and has a great view of the lake. We will be back!

Great Family Getaway

Clean updated property with lots of room to relax and enjoy all that Tahoe offers. Perfect location and love having access to the dock and buoy. The property's grass area's are perfect for games or to sit in a chair and enjoy the view! Looking forward to our next trip to Brockway Shores.

Lake Tahoe Summer stay

Property was as advertised with a Lake Tahoe view that is wonderful. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and public beaches. The property also gives you access to a private beach which allows you to enjoy a cocktail on the pier with no worries about Cal Parks busting you. Loved our stay here and plan on returning!

Wonderful outdoor experience

We loved this condo for the views and patio. We love to be outdoors so the two patios were perfect for having drinks and meals with the lake view. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for our family.

Great location, able to walk to Kings Beach on a quiet side street. The condo has a lawn area which was fun for the kids to pay on and the lake is right there. The condo is small yet very clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful family vacation up at Lake Tahoe. We will stay at this condo again.

This is the one you want!

While we were not planning on a snow trip at the end of may, Tahoe and the property were beautiful. We had family staying in another unit and this one was superior in every way!

Fantastic Location

This property was perfect. Great location within walking distance to Kings Beach. Made good use of the grass area and sitting lakeside without the crowds around. Private dock and swim platform. Cabin itself was perfect. Large enough for two families. Very comfortable with two large decks. We would stay again and recommend this property.

Absolutely greT location with beautiful view s of the lake two decks Well stocked home It was hot while we were there and we could of used a few more fans for upstairs. Breeze was outstanding decks but doesn’t come in house. Highly recommend this place

Great location and property

You can't beat the location. We spent almost every night either sitting on the deck (which overlooks the water) or sitting down by the water itself (grassy area with some Adirondack chairs). House was just as listed, and was clean, comfortable, working appliances, etc. Mischel was very responsive - we had one issue with some missing parking passes and she had it resolved within a matter of hours. We'd definitely stay here again.

Kings Beach Condo

This Kings Beach condo is within walking distance of Kings Beach, a wonderful beach with very warm sand in the summer--the lake is shallow for a long distance out so kids can play in the water easily and the shallowness allows for much warmer water than you'd expect for an Alpine Lake. The condo is also a short drive to Northstar and all of its ski slopes, village, ice rink, and other amenities, and within walking distance of the charming Tahoe town of Kings Beach. The condo itself is moder, clean, has a lovely lake view, a lot of seating for meals (a table that seats 6, plus a bar which seats 4), and three bedrooms. Great for both winter and summer Tahoe getaways.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had a great location. A few concerns: very loud sounding floor when people walk around upstairs (bedroom are on the lower floor), there was a broken umbrella on the small deck that took up 1/4 of the space, and I had to do way too much clean up upon checkout (why am I paying a cleaning fee?)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Brockway Shores for a celebration for my daughters birthday with her 4 girl cousins. We enjoyed every minute of our 48 hour stay. The condo was set up perfectly and the floor plan worked out great. The condo had everything we needed and the girls and adults had a beautiful time. We loved the grounds and the dock was amazing for swimming, jumping off and laying out. We will be back for sure.
