No expense has been spared in selecting the materials and décor which have been complimented with tasteful and fully imported furnishings. This Villa has been designed to also cater for families traveling with small children and features at least 2 Bedrooms that are interconnecting.

The Interior
375 sqm villa consisting of 2 large bedrooms with covered decks, a detached 3rd bedroom , an open plan living room and Gourmet kitchen which are enclosed by bi folding doors allowing for the sea breeze to filter through and a large covered deck for outdoor dining or lounging. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with the Master and Bedroom 2 also have outside showers. The King Beds in Bedroom 2 and 3 can be split to create 2 Single Beds. All Bedrooms have ceiling fans and AC.

The Exterior
1750 sqm beachfront lot featuring a white sandy beach in the front and the marina bay with its own private pontoon in the rear. There’s also a 20m infinity lap pool, a Bale and a BBQ area.
