Join us on the Gulf Coast for a relaxing beach vacation at Inn at Seacrest #206. This studio-style 30A vacation rental is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway near the beach. With a king bed, this condo will sleep two people comfortably. Slip away to the nearby beautiful sugar-white beaches. Sit on your private balcony and enjoy your favorite evening beverage while the sky changes colors as the sun begins to set. Enjoy the kitchen decorated with stunning granite countertops and containing a microwave and a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker.

Venture downstairs and take a dip in the community pool. Recline in a lounge chair and flip through a magazine or listen to your favorite music while you soak up the warmth of the sun. In the evenings, enjoy a relaxing night in the community hot tub. Walk down to the beach and stretch out on the soft sand. Rent a paddle board and paddle along the gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Take a romantic walk down the beach in the mornings while the sun begins to rise and glisten off of the blue-green water. During your vacation on 30A, enjoy a multitude of activities, attractions, and events. Live concerts and other exciting festivals take place in many different parks in the area. Go for a walk down a nature trail in one of the state parks. Rent a boat and go fishing in the afternoon, or spend the day shopping at local shops along the beach.

Stay at the Inn at Seacrest Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The view from our balcony of the ocean and Alys Beach were beautiful. This area has so much to offer in terms of outdoor recreation, beaches, etc. We have stayed at the Inn a number of times and appreciate its location between Rosemary and Alys as well as its reasonable price. We look forward to coming back soon.

Just what I hoped for!

Perfect. It was exactly as the picture. Clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable too. I would definitely stay again. The area was excellent. All the people were so friendly and we went to many of the restaurant and shops also and had great experiences.

Good inexpensive place to stay, however apartment could use some fixing up. Main ceiling light isn’t working, seal around shower come off, one of the light switches is broken. Door lock/knob has a play and makes you nervous if it’s going to unlock or not. Would be nice if it has WiFi and more tv channels, not just basic/football season weekend. Stayed for Labor Day weekend Overall it’s ok, close to beach and shopping place

we booked this the night before we travelled. we knew it was a small unit. it was small but quite adequate for me and my husband. we were very impressed with how clean it was. some properties that are dated are not always this way. it was also very nice that the place was decorated up to date. we did not get this place to spend a lot of time in but it sure is nice to be able to sit and relax and sleep at night comfortably because of it being clean and well taken care of. great place for a lone traveler or couple who want a nice place to retreat to when not outdoors.

This property served us well for our visit to 30A. We were there looking for property. The location was great. When we first arrived we did have issues opening the door. The code box would stick on occasion and wasn't working great. The room was clean but there were several scratched up spots on the walls. It could use a fresh coat of paint. The cabinets in the bathroom were peeling. Besides shampoo and conditioner, everything was provided. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

Great spot, ok room

The size of the room was fine for two of us and the location was great. The mattress was very worn and desperately needs to be replaced. We weren't there to watch TV, but when we turned it on you couldn't find a channel because there was no guide. We were aware that there was no wifi, but for the price wifi and real cable tv should have been included. Overall advice, replace the mattress, and pay for wifi and cable. You will have more people stay here if you do.

Decent place at a good price

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed it. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but that's common on 30A. The pool was clean and well maintained. The pool was also always very quiet. I don't think I ever saw small children here, which is nice and unlike many other places in this area. I guess this is due to the size of the condos. It is small, but was fine for my husband and I. I will say that it could have been cleaner. Nothing too terrible, but things like the cabinets and baseboards were a little dirty. They bathtub and fridge could use a good scrub down. Nothing I was grossed out by or anything. It just needs a good deep cleaning. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of parking. The best part of this condo to me was the location in Seacrest beach. You're walking distance from Peddler's Pavilion, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, and Aly's Beach. We loved walking to breakfast and dinner! We would stay here again.

Wrist bands to access the beach were not in condo and we had to wait for them to arrive. Our digital key pad/lock did not work and a locksmith had to come out to replace. Construction was happening in the condo next to us which was very noisy and construction dust was blowing on our deck. A very rude resident accused my daughter and I of being too noisy when we were not even in our condo. We could hear footsteps above us. The essentials were ABSOLUTELY bare minimum. That being said, Southern Vacation Rentals was prompt and pleasant with responding to our request of wristbands and broken lock.

Pleasant stay for a quick get away.

Beach access is a short walk. The shared beach property was very crowded, which was disappointing. The front door lock has been damaged and repaired, but still questionable. The unit would benefit from a new door. Other than that, I would give a top rating.

Although I specifically asked for communication and answers to questions prior to being charged for booking, it did not happen. The property was not well cleaned-shower not clean, tub drain broken, floor around bed had litter from previous guest, toaster oven partially functional, balcony furniture had sun rot. The location was good with easy walkability. I would not choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed our weekend at the beach and the overall location! I did read previous reviews and was a bit hesitant but ultimately decided location was perfect for us! I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness as the toaster oven was filthy from previous use as well as the rug. It did not even appear to have been vacuumed. The outdoor furniture had not been cleaned in many months, which we had to wipe down in order to use. The location was nice minus the fact that the beach access is a long distance with no bathroom access.

This was a very clean property and a piece of cake to rent out!! Highly recommended!! Only negative was the smoke detector’s battery ran low and chirped in the middle of the night (these things happen). I’d definitely stay there again!!

My friend & I were taking a girls trip, away from our families, and were looking forward to rest & relaxation. When we got to the room, we noticed the sheets on the bed were dirty.(the first thing I do when I check in is check the bed) There were hairs in the bed & stains on the sheets. We called the management company who reassured us it would be taken care of. We left for the beach to watch the sunset and came back to the room only to realize they had just dumped us some new sheets on the counter. Didn’t bother to make the bed for us so we had to strip & remake the bed ourselves, something I should not have to do on the first night of my vacation. I find this completely unreasonable. They should have done their job & we should’ve had a clean bed to start with. After settling in our room a little more, we realized the shower curtain was moldy and the rug was nasty & had not been vacuumed. We called back but they couldn’t do much late that night but assured us the property manager would call us the next day. We received a call from Laken the next day who was not very helpful. She basically offered us a late check out, acted like they had resolved the issue, and wanted to move on. She finally said she could refund the cleaning fee, since we didn’t feel like the room was clean, but I have yet to see that refunded on my credit card. I feel like management handled this poorly and are doing a disservice to the owners of this unit. The unit was cute but was certainly not clean and made our stay very stressful. We never felt like anything was clean & ended up sleeping with our beach towels as our blankets. I am a business owner and feel that I have trained the representatives of my business well and I want to know when they are not living up to my standards. There are so many things they could’ve done to make sure we had a comfortable stay and they dropped the ball. Very disappointing girls trip, and we will never rent here again.
