This quaint and stylish 2-bedroom 1 bath space is located in a very friendly neighborhood where residents enjoy walking and access to nearby trails, the library, and Tigard's adorable downtown. This unit features an in-unit washer and dryer and kitchenette to meet all your essential needs. Spacious backyard with a beautiful large apple tree and swing set. Living room includes huge 70" TV, cozy fireplace, and designated workspace.

Short-term housing is similar to hotels; prices change based on demand and the seasonality of the year.

We stayed at this unit for over a month. The host was welcoming and provided frequent communication about anything we needed to be aware of such as when another group was occupying the upper unit right above this one or just general stuff. We stayed at this unit for over a month in the winter time, and things to be aware for visitors during the winter season: 1) there's a big yard, which is nice for pets, but rains a lot in Oregon and entry area can get very wet and muddy.2) If there's people occupying the upper unit, it can get quite noisy in this lower unit. 3) The place is located in an older neighborhood and street light is lacking so be aware that it can be very dark outside.All in all we had a great experience and the host is very responsive and easy to communicate with if there's a concern. There are some rules to follow that the host will make you aware of. We had no issues with any of that.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for couples or singles. It has an adorable kitchenette to meet all your basic cooking needs. The large living room features a huge 70" TV, a cozy fireplace, and an additional table that can be used for dining or for a desk area. The living room has a door that can be closed off a well. In unit washer and dryer. The dryer is in the utility room off of the hallway along with another mini fridge to use as needed. The backyard is fully fenced and has a nice swing set- great for children or pets.

What makes this property unique

No stairs throughout this unit. You can drive down the driveway and park right outside, within the gate if needed for better accessibility. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors often like to take walks and very friendly.

Because the living room is so spacious, we can add an additional queen bed as needed if guests request it.
