Communication with the owner was the best we’ve experienced! The view is beautiful. There are beach toys included, which is a nice bonus. There are two sets of chairs on the balcony, which is great if you have more than two guests staying.

The balcony view was amazing, straight on overlooking the beach water. Dan was excellent and always got back to us when we reached out to him. Due to the ongoing construction the elevators and halls were extremely dusty and musty smelling. Not the fault of the host, we understand that sometimes repairs are needed. The weather was sunny and hot everyday! We love Destin Fl!

Our condo was amazing. Super clean with all the amenities. The beach was great. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. 15 minute drive to the harbor. 5 minute drive to Walmart. Room was clean and exactly like the pictures. All amenities were operational as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you want beautiful ocean front views in a beautifully decorated room!

Danny and Vanessa have been married 27 years, and it has always been their dream to own a property on the beach like this one. Danny is employed at Horseshoe Casino in Southern IN, and Vanessa works for Jefferson County Public Schools. They have two children, Alex and Gordon. Alex graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2008, and Gordon is currently a student at the University of Louisville. Some of our favorite local spots: Silver Sands Outlet Malls, McGuires Irish Pub, John Quigley's Sports Bar (best cheeseburgers in Destin!), and The Back Porch.
