Jefferson Street Avenue, which is a block away, has too many restaurants to count, coffee shops, a brewery, and our favorite gelato shop. Drinks, dinner and dessert in a five minute walk. From concerts at Rupp, shows at the Lexington Opera house, to just dinner on the town and a restful nights sleep. This is your destination. Enchant your stay in Kentucky. Pet Fee of $75, unregistered guests or pets will incur a fee of $100 fee.

Convenient and cozy

This lovely home was perfect for our needs. A great location to attend an event at Rupp Arena just a few minutes away. So convenient to everything. Great communications with the host. The home was very clean and cozy and decorated beautifully. We hope to stay again for future Lexington trips.

Great little place!

We came to Lexington for our son’s graduation at UK and it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our adult daughter. Darling neighborhood and the neighbors next to the property were very nice. Also very close to Transylvania University!

We stayed forcaweek for Pony Club Championships. This place is about 20 minutes way from Kentucky Horse Park. Located conveniently.

Great Lexington Trip

The house had some issues which were communicated to the owner. They were acknowledged immediately but not repaired before we left. The reviews did not portray the house accurately. The house was very clean and we had a wonderful time on our trip to Lexington.
