Welcome to this spacious family home located just one block from the beach. There's plenty of room for everyone here, and no one will have to worry about going up and down stairs. When you're not unwinding in the tranquil backyard, recline in a relaxed living room setup with plenty of comfortable seating and colorful decor. The open kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and cooking tools to help you put together delicious meals. The nearby game room features three arcade cabinets, as well as a foosball table for competitive fun together. Central air conditioning will keep you cool during your stay.

If you’re looking for a great location on a budget, this home is it. It’s a quick easy walk to the beach. The home is spacious enough for a small family. The beds were comfortable and the amenities worked. I took stars away due to the terrible cheaply done renovations to the floors.

Awesome little place just a block or so from the beach. So cute and convenient. The arcade games and foos ball table entertained the teens and grownups. Plenty of room, Speedy WiFi, Roku TVs in each room. Just a great little vacation get away. Recommend for families with teens.

Great stay! Comfort! Cleanliness! Spacious! Close to the beach. I could walk with my beach things there. It was literally two blocks. I would recommend staying here.

My family and I were comfortable- we slept 7 people. A few cosmetic upgrades would do it justice. Walking distance to the beach and cherry grove pier. No real shade outside of the house, but that is a minor inconvenience. 3 beach chairs in the master closet, everything you need to cook with. I would suggest bringing your own dish cloth and dry towel as the only thing available is a sponge and if you’re OCD like me, I have to keep things wiped down. All and all our family had a blast.

Clean but....

This place is okay. Cheaply renovated and the floors are slanted. The yard is not fenced in completely so if you are taking your pet, be aware that you will have to go outside if your pet is not trained. Also, the back door is broken so the rear of the house is not accessible. For the cost (including fees associated) I would not recommend this house.

A clean house but needs a lot of improvement. The floor in rooms is uneven and shaking. Fan in the dining area wobbles and gives a annoying sound. Almost all appliances are old and not functioning properly.

This home was a disappointment overall. The ceiling fan over the dining table is loose and can't be used. the master bedroom has actual soft spots in the flooring and the master bath has a small hand held shower head and the faucets are messed up. All of the beds are rickety and uncomfortable and then they all have plastic covers that are uncomfortable and make noise with every turn all night long. The internet is roughly the old dial up speed so the tv shows and internet access would come and go when in use. The positive's are that it is super close to the beach and had a nice sitting area outside. The game room is different and would be enjoyable for a family with children.
