About this property

Sunny holiday home with a cozy sleeping loft, idyllically located in the garden.

The 2019 newly built, approx.40m² holiday home is located in the Vineta town of Barth, with a 5-minute walk to the center and the harbor on the bay.
It is 10 km to the Baltic Sea and these can also be easily reached by bike or boat.
In the house there is an open kitchen with adjoining living area incl. Flat screen TV and fireplace corner. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge incl. Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove incl. Oven, kettle, coffee machine.
A separate bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom incl. Shower and washing machine are available on the ground floor. You reach the open sleeping loft (ceiling height 1. 40m) via a wooden staircase. There are two single beds and a skylight. Care must therefore be taken to ensure that children traveling with you are safe.
The open wooden beam ceiling and the underfloor heating in the living area create a positive living atmosphere.
A terrace with sitting area and grill can be reached via a separate door. There is also a bicycle shed at the house.
A parking space is provided on the closed property.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, perfekte Lage, es war alles da was man braucht, der gemütliche Kamin hat die Weihnachtstage Abends verschönert, Conny ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, unserer Tochter gefiel es auch draussen obwohl es zu kalt zum spielen war in der Jahreszeit

Nur zu empfehlen

Familie Schatz ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gibt wunderbare Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkäufe oder ähnliches. Der Garten gefiel besonders den Kindern sehr gut - auch wenn das ein oder andere Spielgerät die besten Tage hinter sich hat. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man erreicht vom Haus aus mit dem Auto sehr gut die verschiedensten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Super Unterkunft

Sehr schön dort. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Auch Hunde sind dort Herzlich Willkommen. Vor Ort sind auch zwei nette freilaufende Hunde. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder. Gruß Nicole und Jens mit Blanky

Traumhaft nur zu empfehlen.

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön und bot genug Platz für uns zwei Erwachsene und unsere Hunde. Die Hunde konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei über das Grundstück bewegen. Die Vermieterfamilie war sehr nett und immer bemüht uns über Veranstaltungen zu informieren. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Ort Barth ist ein toller Startpunkt zu Fahrradtouren in alle Richtungen. Einkaufen konnte zu Fuß erledigt werden, bei größeren Einkäufen perfekt mit dem Rad. Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder.

Hübsches Ferienhaus in unerwartet ruhigen Garten

Nette Gastgeber. Schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht, Kamin und Waschmaschine. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist bei längerm Aufenthalt der begrenzte Stautraum (Schränke). Schöner Garten mit Kaninchen, Hühnern und zwei ausgesprochen verschmusten Hunden.

Gemütlichkeit mit Hund

Eine Woche Erholung pur- trotz sehr durchwachsenem Wetter. Das Häuschen lädt zum Faulenzen ein, bietet aber durch seine Lage auch die Möglichkeit viel zu erkunden. Unser Hund hat sich auch sofort wohlgefühlt und wir fühlten uns gut aufgenommen. Herzlichen Dank!

Kleine feine Unterkunft

Das kleine Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die Vermieter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen und Wünsche stets zur Stelle. Ausgezeichnetes Haus um einen schönen Urlaub mit Hund zu erleben. Wir werden das Objekt weiter empfehlen!

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen. Das Ferienhäuschen war toll u hat alles geboten was man braucht. Die Familie des Vermieters war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man konnte sich dort nur wohlfühlen.

Tolle Unterkunft im Garten

Wir haben uns in unserem Feriendomizil ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt! Das Häuschen macht es Einem leicht sich wohl zu fühlen. Alles ist da und in ordentlichem Zustand. Der Kamin und der Schuppen für die Räder sind Klasse. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und so bleibt es auch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Wir sagen ganz freundlich Danke. P.S. Barth ist eine gute Wahl um viel zu unternehmen
