Holiday Home 'Le Clos Du Verdelet À Planguenoual' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Beautiful property located in Planguenoual between the sea and the countryside, close to the sea, the customs paths, the numerous tourist sites and its private heated swimming pool.



This pretty farmhouse in local stone will seduce you by its location and its large spaces.

The enclosed outdoor space with trees has a south-facing terrace, sheltered from the prevailing winds, and a heated swimming pool with deckchairs and lounge.

The pool is available from May to September. It is equipped with a safety curtain. Children must be supervised by their parents and the owner declines all responsibility in case of accident. The minor maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant; the complete cleaning is done every week.



Upon entering the house, you will be seduced by the colors giving a warm and trendy atmosphere.

This house has just been completely renovated. All the decoration has been taken care of and the furniture and equipment chosen with taste.

The living room can accommodate all the guests around a beautiful large table and opens on a modern kitchen equipped, in particular with a cooking piano for the passionate of cooking.

On the first floor, you will find 1 double bedroom with shower room and separate toilet.

The first floor has 2 different and independent accesses.

On one side:

A large TV lounge open on landing (sea view)

A double room with adjoining bathroom,

A bedroom with 2 single beds

A separate toilet



On the other side :

A dormitory room with 4 single beds

A double king size room with its adjoining bathroom and WC.

Relaxing Family Holiday

We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing holiday at the property. Local beaches were superb and local amenities surpassed our needs. Xavier the host was very welcoming and helpful. The property itself had everything to provide an amazing base to relax and enjoy the area. We would love to return sometime!

Superb house for 3 generations family holiday

Pros: The pool was a highlight, for all of us, a great space to sit and swim. Xavier was excellent, nothing too much trouble and extremely speedy response to a few minor issues. Very comfortable beds! Well equipped kitchen; everything we needed . Cons: One minor niggle was lack of information, in English. Host was helpful, but would be good to have directions to supermarket, restaurants, beaches and medical should the need arise

Lovely spacious House. Excellent for children.

Pros: The pool is fantastic (heated) and the host couldn’t have been more helpful. Nice outdoor seating area and BBQ area. Cons: We only realised at the last minute that linen and towels aren’t included in the price. It’s not a cheap place and linen really should be included. The kitchen was plagued by flies, which settle on any food left out. Very unhygienic. More needs to be done to get rid of these.

Fijn vakantiehuis om te vertoeven met familie.

Pros: Het huis is ruim en goed ingedeeld zodat men met drie koppels toch iedereen zijn privacy kan hebben. Alles is aanwezig en voor handdoeken en bedlinnen dient betaald te worden maar dat valt best mee. Het privé zwembad geeft een grote meerwaarde tijdens het verblijf alsook een aparte ruimte om pingpong te spelen of tafelvoetbal. De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk dus kortom is dit een aanrader om te verblijven. Cons: Indien in de zomer de temperaturen oplopen kan het warm worden in de woning omdat er geen airco is en ook geen ventilators, (best zelf mee nemen). Vliegenramen overal zou ook een verbetering zijn.

Logement magnifique et bien pensé

Nous avons passé une nuit au clos du verdelet entre copines. Nous avons prmu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du magnifique salon avec vue mer. Xavier est très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Prachtig huis dichtbij zee met een sociale gastheer.

Pros: Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heel erg compleet en een prachtige grote tuin voor de kinderen. Ook het zwembad viel goed in de smaak, lekker privé en we hebben gezellige avonden gehad op het terras. Xavier is een fijn contactpersoon die snel reageert en meedenkend is. Cons: De stoelen in de keuken maakte erg veel herrie bij het verschuiven dus daar hebben we viltjes onder gemaakt. Wat betreft hygiëne is het aan te raden om in de badkamer en toilet boven een andere vloer te plaatsen want er ligt nu tapijt.

L’avis général est unanime : Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans une superbe propriété. Xavier est un hôte très agréable qui nous a bien conseillé pour préparer notre arrivée, et a très bien accueilli mes parents qui sont arrivés plus tôt. Ils ont ensuite assuré la sortie avec Xavier. Nous avons eu un petit dysfonctionnement de lave linge durant le séjour et Xavier a répondu en moins de 5 minutes.

Agréable séjour en bord de mer

Belle maison, propre, bien équipée et très bon accueil de Xavier. L'emplacement est calme, proche de la mer et des commodités. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de sapin de Noël pour la période de fin d'année. Attention à la précision de l'annonce ! Celle-ci indique la présence d'une cheminée mais qui n'était en fait pas utilisable. Dans les équipements il est noté la présence des draps et linge de toilette MAIS en réalité à la fin de l'annonce il est spécifié que cela n'est compris qu'en juillet et aout et le reste du temps le linge est payant ce qui rajoute à la note, donc mauvaise surprise !!

Sehr schönes Haus für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Familien.

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Küche, zweiter großer Kühlschrank, diverse Küchengeräte. Gute Betten, schöne Zimmer. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Loungebereich. Kurzer aber steiler Weg zum schönen Strand. Xavier, der sehr freundliche Gastgeber, hat sich bestens um alles gekümmert. Alles zu vollster Zufriedenheit. Cons: Ein Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre schön, es gibt erst ab Nachmittag schattige Plätze. Das 4er-Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer.

Grande maison avec beau jardin mais aussi avec des points négatifs

La maison est assez spacieuse et pas mal équipé. Le mobilier (interieur et exterieur) est largement suffisant et bien en ordre. Surtout la cuisine est bien équipé avec une bonne cuisinière à induction 5 feux, 2 grands frigos avec un grand compartiment congélateur, percolateur et petit nespresso, un barbecue à gaz, ... Malheureusement il y a aussi quelques points faibles. Partout il y a des panneaux gyproc contre les murs ce qui ne facilite pas l'attachement de choses lourdes. Dans la chambre au rdc le support des rideaux est tombé du mur et certains radiateurs n'était plus bien attachés. Il y avait une fuite dans la cabine de douche au 1er étage et comme il n'y a pas de carrelage mais du tapis sur le sol, l'eau passait par le plafond dans la chambre au rdc. L'antenne de la télé ne fonctionnait plus. On pouvait donc juste utiliser les connexions HDMI, scart, etc. La piscine était mal entretenu. Le volet de couverture ne fonctionnait plus et les filtres étaient sales. Chaque jour il fallait commencer par nettoyer la piscine. On était aussi étonné de constater qu'il n'y avait pas de WiFi dans la maison. Incompréhensible que ça existe toujours en 2022 dans cette catégorie de gîte.
