About this property

Idyll im Grünen in Bad Alexandersbad mit großer Terrasse und Garten

Unser Idyll wurde komplett renoviert und im Schlafzimmer sowie Wohnzimmer neu eingerichtet. Bad und Küche erhalten den "Charme" vergangener Tage, sind aber natürlich voll funktionell und entsprechend eingerichtet. Als Besonderheit wollen wir die in der kompletten Ferienwohnung befindliche Fussbodenheizung nennen (außer Schlafzimmer), die eigene großzügige 40 qm Terasse mit Grill, Sonnenschirm & Sitzgarnitur sowie der eigene, asphaltierte PKW Stellplatz mit anschließendem separatem Hauseingang. Unsere Gäste dürfen sich auf der Terasse sowie dem unteren Gartenbereich wohl fühlen und haben im gesamten Wohnbereich Zugang zum W-LAN (2.4G und 5G). Grillkohle & Getränke können gegen separate Gebühr bereit gestellt werden. Wir heißen unsere Gäste grundsätzlich bei Ankunft willkommen und stehen auch sonst für Fragen oder Auskunft zur Verfügung.
