The comfortable newly built apartment on the ground floor (ground floor) is suitable for 1 to 4 people and each has one or two double bedrooms. They are only 350 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the sandy beach. The dike can be seen from the terrace - a 5-minute walk to the North Sea (apartments near the beach).

The apartment (year of construction 2019) ground floor (ground floor) is barrier-free, approx. 70 square meters and has 2 large terraces (south-west and west). A beach chair and beach chairs are available for relaxation!

All rooms are equipped with an allergy-friendly natural Tarkett floor and underfloor heating. WiFi and Lan connections are available.

The apartment has a large living-dining room with balcony - 2 large terraces southwest and northwest, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer and, if required, changing mat - high chair and travel cot. There are one or two free reserved parking spaces "Möwenblick" available - a bicycle shed can be used.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets (€ 40.00 per dog) are allowed on request.

The minimum stay in the high season is 7 nights.
During the high season, the change is only possible on Saturdays (or by appointment).

The rental price is for 2 people and a bedroom.
When renting to 3 or 4 people, we charge for the 2nd Bedroom € 10.00 / night per person.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people

The service costs (€ 50) are included in the rental price.

Internet is available free of charge via WiFi and Lan.

Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented, or rented and paid for on site.
Duvet covers: € 7 per set
Towels: € 3 per set (2 towels, 1 shower towel, 1 tea towel)
All mattresses have the dimensions 90 x 200 cm.

The visitor's tax is to be paid on site when the keys are handed over:
Low season: 1.20 € / day per person (from 16y).
High season: € 2.50 / day per person (from 16y).
High season is from the 15th March to 31 October

Arrival: at the earliest 3.00 p.m.
Departure: 10 a.m. at the latest

The spa garden is 300 meters away. Restaurants with East Frisian cuisine, shops, bakeries and ice cream parlors can be reached in a few steps. The guest house, health resort house, seal breeding station and the adventure wave pool "Ocean Wave" (wave pool with sauna) are 300 meters away. Kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing are available 300 meters away; Trial courses are possible.
