This 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat sleeps up to 10 and offers the rare combination of a private saltwater pool and spa, direct canal access with a private dock and boat slip, and a short walk or drive to Vanderbilt Beach. Guests love this location for the waterfront views and unforgettable sunsets.

Inside, the home features a bright, open layout with multiple living areas and natural light throughout. Comfortable furnishings, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, central A/C, and in-home laundry make settling in easy for both short stays and longer escapes. All TVs include YouTube TV (live TV/cable-style programming). The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and generous counter space for easy meals at home.

Outdoor living is the highlight. Enjoy the private saltwater pool and spa within a screened lanai, plus a covered outdoor seating area with TV. The home also includes an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower—perfect after beach days or time on the water. Quiet and Restful Home

We appreciated the labor of love and resilience that went into creating this welcoming, comfortable home. Its location is convenient to the beach, the town of Naples and grocery and retail shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed for dining in. The bed was cozy and the pool and spa were perfect.

Girls week away

Our stay was great! Outdoor setup is beautiful - it would have been better if we could control hot tub ourselves - that being said the property manager always responded immediately to requests to turn on. House was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water was a little difficult to figure out but property manager helped.

Honeymoon trip

Check in was simple. Home was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was needing to text the management company for turning on and off the hot tub. I wish these directions were given at check in instead of having to inquire. Great neighborhood for walking. Pool area was nice.

The TV in the living room is finicky, sound stops working and the when you turn the TV on it immediately turns off so you have to turn on again and the response to turning on and changing channels is very very slow.Everything else was great, management was very quick to respond when as issue arises.ThanksJan

We had an excellent stay. The house was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really appreciated the concierge feel, with someone stopping by to see if we need anything and to show us how the pool heater worked. We loved the location to the beach front and mall area. We had a wonderful week at a beautiful, beautiful home! We had everything that we needed. Live Right representatives were extremely accommodating. The house was more than we expected in a perfect location. It took us a bit to figure out the hot tub and heated pool, however with the assistance from Sydney and Steve, we got things working beautifully. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.
