Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 1955 erbauten Haus, wurde im Jahr 2001 renoviert und ist im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt auf einem Bauernhof. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf die Wälder und der ruhigen Lage am Waldrand ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Grillmöglichkeit und Terrasse.
