North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private ocean view balcony, full kitchen and large combined living and dining area.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins

This gated community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

North Breakers 309 will accept pets under 35 pounds for a $150 non-refundable fee.

This place is great! The condo was clean and well stock with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the condo’s private access to the beach. It was close to several good restaurants, but also had a great kitchen to cook meals a couple of times. We will stay here again.

The unit was perfect for us. Only problems we had was the screen door latch broke but we did a work-around and the dishwasher door would not latch. Unit was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked for meals. Wanted to use the hot tub but the water wasn’t very hot. Would choose that unit again.

Condo was nice, floors were dirty. Beach access not available due to flooding. There was no private walkway to the beach, the last hundred yards were through narrow paths in sand and that was flooded the entire time.
