Newly renovated with LVP flooring, TV, paint, and new sleeper love seat. This studio unit has incredible views from the 17th floor of the Brighton building, located in Kingston Resort. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free WiFi (400 Mbps). Furnished with a king size bed and desk area, you'll also have a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave, small fridge and prep kitchenette. Walk to the sand just over the boardwalk to enjoy the coastal lifestyle that Atlantic Ocean has to offer.

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

* 2026 Winter Projects in process til April. May affect beach, balcony use, access, view, and/or temporary closure during your stay.

* Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool tickets)

I'm a big fan of Kingston Plantation, this is a nice efficiency in Brighton, great view, great little deck facing Apache Pier direction. Bed is comfy and not too tall (important if you're traveling with eldery like me). Even though this is just an efficiency nice big bathroom. Highly recommend!

Brighton stay

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom fixtures were little outdated, but totally usable and very clean. It should be noted that you’re unable to use the rest of the Kingston, plantation pools and hot tubs. The pool and hot tub that Brighton has was very nice though the pool water was so cold. The hot tub was full of children.

The room and living situation are really nice. There aren't any cups, bowls, utensils etc so if you plan on eating in the room at all be aware of that.

Having a beautiful view and luxurious accommodations recharged us to see this school year out. I hope to return to this very studio again and again. Why they chose this property

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
