The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the lighthouse of Schleimünde. Harbor cinema is guaranteed here - as well as the picture-perfect sunsets, which can be observed from the balcony.
Barrierearm designed this apartment is easily accessible by elevator and has a large walk-in shower.

Above the things can be seen passing sailing ships at the Baltic entrance from the entire living-dining area and the balcony from watching. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers proximity to nature and a break away from everyday life. The harbor promenade is located below the apartment and invites you to stroll with a growing range.

The Telekom Home Entertainment program offers additional entertainment on the flatscreen TV in the living room.
The extensive equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony invites to a barbecue evening with a view of the water.

The shower room has a large walk-in shower.
