Welcoming family friendly home. Best view of the Grand Wash Cliffs (Back side of The Grand Canyon) in all of Meadview. Lots of beds, large sturdy couches, huge dinner table, portable game table with folding chairs, large deck, campfire and BBQ area, lots of parking. Newly refurbished with new carpet, flooring, lighting and freshly painted. Close to Grand Canyon and Skywalk, Lake Mead South Cove boat launch and plenty of trails to ride your ATV's. Kathy was a wonderful host. She sent the necessary information prior to arrival - follow her driving instructions!!! She asked if there was anything specific we needed her to provide. Her communication throughout the stay was great. We had a lot of inclement weather, and she checked in on us. There was additional information in a binder inside the rental, which we used to add some stops to our list of adventures. The rental itself was great. It was clean and spacious, with an absolutely amazing view. There was a great coffee spread, and many of the apps on the TV were set up in advance, which I appreciated. The town is so cute. The little businesses nearby had some very nice people working there, and we enjoyed visiting them. We are already plannt to visit the area again next year, and will definitely book if the location is close enough to our stops!

Lake house review

Very nice home. Will accommodate a large group. Beds were comfy. Well stocked with everything you need. Has a cute fire pit for roasting marshmallows and watching the night sky. Great communication with host.

Retired couple. We purchased this house from family so that we could have a place big enough to house our children when they visit. We think it is a great place and wanted to make it available to others who might need a relaxing place to visit and play with family.
