In the heart of Wenningstedt is this cozy apartment. Located directly on the Wenningstedt community park, you will relax from everyday life. Only a short 300 meters long walk to the main beach is this lovely holiday apartment. Just behind the house begins the community park. Shops and bakers can be reached within 2 minutes on foot.
Experience an unforgettable sunset on the promenade or Gosch with a glass of wine. The Wenningstedt village pond is also just minutes away. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday without a car.
Bright, friendly rooms await you to relax and unwind. The living room is equipped with sofa, TV and stereo. A dining area for 4 people is integrated. The kitchen is complete and equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. The large terrace with beach chair and furniture offers sun all day long and seduces you in the morning for breakfast.
In the basement is the bedroom with large window and wardrobe, and a spacious shower room.
Of course, a parking space belongs to the apartment.

Wir waren schon oft in der Wohnung und kommen jedes Jahr gern wieder. Die Nähe zum Strand und die kurzen Wege zum Bäcker, Fischgeschäft und Supermarkt lassen viel Zeit für Entspannung.

Kurzurlaub mit Fahrrädern
Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Räder konnten auf der Terrasse regengeschützt stehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Wir sind zum wiederholten Mal in der FeWo gewesen (Frühjahr, Sommer, Herbst) und es hat uns jedes Mal sehr gut gefallen.
Wir fühlen uns in der Wohnung zu dritt (mit einem Kind) sehr wohl. Wir kochen täglich und kommen mit der Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut zurecht.
Die Lage ist perfekt für die Anreise per Bahn Bus und einem fußläufigen Weg zum Strand.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker und Blum's Fischladen) sind super zu Fuß in einer Minute erreichbar, der Supermarkt nur etwas weiter.
Der Service der Vermietungsagentur gefällt uns gut. Auf Anfrage gibt es einen zweiten Schlüssel.
Schön wäre als Ergänzung zur Ausstattung der Küche eine Espressokanne für den Induktionsherd.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Das war nicht unser erster Urlaub auf Sylt, aber diesmal zu einem besonderen Anlass.
Die Agentur können wir sehr empfehlen, alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nahe Strandpromenade. Leider haben wir eine kleine Anmerkungen hinsichtlich der Wohnung.
Leider ist im Schlafzimmerfenster kein Fliegengitter. Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht auf dem neusten Stand ist, haben die Eigentümer mit Bildern von der Insel ein Maritimes Ambiente geschaffen.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln
Die Wohnung ist schön. Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass sich Küche und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss befinden. Schlafzimmer und Bad im Keller. Was aber ggf. im Sommer ein Vorteil ist.
Als Mängel sehe ich die veraltete Küche, die zwar sauber ist, aber eben veraltet ist und teils auseinandergebaut daherkam. Zudem sind die Heizungsthermostate teils nicht korrekt angebracht, sodass die Zahlen nicht mit der tatsächlichen Stufe übereinstimmen.

In Ordnung
Die Lage des Objektes war ok. Die Ausstattung ect. ok. Da sich das Schlafzimmer im UG befand, war ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich da keine Sicherung vor Ungeziefer am Fenster vorhanden war.
Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich und somit nicht gesundheitsfördernd !
Die Waschtischarmaturen sind nicht standesgemäß ( Wo gibt es noch Zweigriffarmaturen ? - Hahnscheiben verschlissen .
