Fantastic, Affordable, Spacious Studio in Passage Point
This Studio unit has a queen bed and a comfortable real queen-sized sofa sleeper, and a full kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances. Passage Point guests have access to 3 outdoor hot tubs/pools. Plus, you'll have all of Summit County as your playground. The unit is priced at a very affordable rate for gold-rated lodging for a family of 4 or a couple.

This beautiful studio apartment is located in Copper Mountain's bustling center village. Just steps away from the ski lift, this fabulous unit is perfect for an affordable get-away at Summit County's best winter ski resort.
This elegantly appointed studio has a queen bed and comfortable American Leather pull-out sofa bed. The unit also has a full-service well equipped kitchen and eat-in dining space for cooking and dining at home. Relax and enjoy a movie beside the fireplace in the spacious living room area. We are always updating the condo to keep it nice place to come and stay for us as well as our guest. Since owning it, we have updated this unit with new carpet and tile, stainless-steel appliances, sleeper sofa, recliner, kitchen table & chairs, bedroom furniture, bedding, mattress, ceiling fan and lighting.
Passage Point is the most requested lodging available at Copper Mountain. Your reservations include access to free Wi-Fi, an on site work-out facility, ski lockers, two hot tubs, and a small heated pool. With over 300 inches of snowfall annually, Copper Mountain rivals the big-name Colorado ski resorts. However, with limited on site lodging, Copper Mountain is one of the most sought-after destinations resorts in Colorado.
Copper Mountain has a wide selection of après-ski, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy ice-skating on the pond in the center village or sit by the fire pit and soak in the mountain air. Copper Mountain features one of the best ski schools in the country. Also, ask about the free evening child care program available when you shop or dine at participating Copper Mountain businesses.
For the summer, Copper Mountain has a wide range of summer activities in the village, Mountain Coaster, Golf Course, scenic chairlift rides, hiking, mountain and road biking, climbing wall, bumper boats, go-karts, zip-line, and others. There is a beautiful paved bike trail that takes you to Frisco or Vail. If that is not enough, take 12 minute drive to Frisco and enjoy water activities on Lake Dillion, explore all the towns nearby, go shopping at the Outlet Malls in Silverthorne, explore all the beautiful trails outside of Copper Mountain, the list goes on.
No smoking and no pets are allowed!
A $250 refundable damage deposit is collected. It will be refunded after final cleaning, assuming no damage has been done beyond normal wear and tear.

Tom and Tina have lived in Colorado for over 35 years since moving from Indiana after college. They raised their 4 adult children in Colorado. All four of them are avid skiers and love the outdoors.
Why they chose this property
We love to ski and Copper is one of the best. We've tried all that Colorado has to offer and we keep coming back to Copper. We like Passage Point because it is in center village and an easy walk to the slopes yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to allow for some peace and quiet. The hot tubs/pool area is one of the best in Copper Village. The Passage Point fitness room is a great amenity as well.
What makes this property unique
Our studio condo is very comfortable for up to 4 guest at a time. It is a short walk to the slopes making it easy to come back for lunch and we don't have to wait for those morning stragglers. We also love the Passage Point hot tubs after a hard day of skiing.
