LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Lowell Place, an awesome condo for ALL outdoor lovers who want to kick up and experience the mountain life!!

If you love hiking, mountain biking, boating or fishing, this unit is for you! The unit is ~100 steps from Quittin Time and Creole hiking and biking trails. If you want to take the lift up the mountain, we are a short 5 minute walk down to Town Lift where you can purchase outdoor tickets and ride up Park City Mountain for hiking and/or sightseeing! Close to Jordanelle Reservoir for boating.

During the Winter, enjoy our ski in / ski out*** condo with access to Park City Mountain (*** Ski In: ~100 steps from Creole / Town Run / Quittin Time runs to the building; Ski out: ~200 steps from the building up a slight hill to ski/board down to Town Lift)!!!

For coffee, food and/or drinks, you will be 4 short blocks down to Main Street; so close to all the action without all the noise.

Superb location make this condo hard to beat! Granite counter tops, wood floors, stainless kitchen appliances, two TVs with ROKU 4K connected for all your streaming needs, plus an in unit washer and dryer set. WORK REMOTE with a desk including monitor, keyboard and mouse for those who need to work remotely while on the mountain!

Our cozy condo accommodates up to 6 people. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom both have queen size beds and also have a pack n' play for our little guests. The couch in the living room converts to a queen size bed. There is a full bath with shower and tub with the primary bedroom and the second bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall with a stand up shower.

Our patio features a bistro table and chairs and a BBQ to enjoy some fresh air and great outdoor cooking! Additional amenities of the property include WIFI (~100mbps), community hot tub just down stairs below the condo, personal lockout storage for all of your gear located in the garage area and plenty of common parking.

Activities you can enjoy nearby include hiking, biking, golfing, sightseeing, boating, water skiing, kitesurfing, fly-fishing, shopping, restaurants, live theater and cinemas. If you can't find everything you want to do here it's only 30 minutes to Salt Lake City.

Great Location

We had a great time, Oliver is a great host. The kitchen is well stocked. Quick walk to Main Street. Beautiful view!

Great Little Condo

Great stay. The condo is small but not cramped. Designed well. Kitchen is the best stocked I've seen from a rental with everything you need to get cooking. Oliver had great communication before and during our stay. Creole is a very short walk from the condo. Half is pavement half uphill trail. Creole tales you straight down to town lift and is a blue run. So if you or someone in your group is a beginner, don't expect to take the run down to town lift. But if you decide to walk it, it's a short downhill walk. Maybe 6 minutes or so. Parking. In site is nice with a covered option if it's snowing.

Skiing 2024

Oliver was super nice and was easy to work with...if I had to say anything about the stay that was not as expected, it would be the lack of a TV in main suite. Other than that, ALL was as listed. Appreciate Olivers hospitality.

Worth Every Penny!

I cannot say enough good things about this location! Everything was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Plenty of room and perfect distance to the slopes and to town. Easy to ski back to the condo and a short 50-75yrd walk to ski down to the lift in the morning. Oliver was one of the best host I've ever encountered. Super responsive! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again! Thanks for making our trip, Oliver!

Good location, loud floorboards from upstairs

Very noisy floorboards from neighbors above, woke up several times. Hard to figure out Nest first night but the operator very responsive and nice. We didn't have pull out couch bc last people broke it but didn't need it. Great location!! Ski in/out.
