Bitterroot Paradise 1 BR Guesthouse

This guesthouse is located on a 12 acre property on the old Chief Joseph Ranch. Stunning views of the Sapphires to the east and the Bitterroots to the west. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to 2 small children. The guesthouse is located above the separate garage. There is a sauna in the garage. Great flyfishing in 10 minutes, 30 mins to Lost Trail Ski area. Elk, deer and turkey are usually present. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Great Bitterroot Valley Property

Stunning views and great hospitality. Owner is extremely friendly and welcoming to share his property with those looking to enjoy some of Montana’s most beautiful country. Home is extremely clean and comfortable and the sites are beautiful.

We loved our stay here. Beautifully situated just outside of Darby with spectacular views all around. David was very helpful with the check in process and his dogs were very sweet and instantly got along with our dogs.The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. My golden retriever didn't want to leave - and I would have loved to settle in for a week or two. Wonderful place, and host Dave was great - friendly and welcoming. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I hope to return soon!

From the moment we entered the property, we felt the presence of peaceful county and nature… Dave, the host is a true pleasure of a person. Outstanding! The property is beautiful , clean, and has every amenity you need and more. The Owner is a real Gentleman, accommodating and responsive to the traveler/guest , and friendly. Everything was great!

I really enjoyed my stay at David's Ravalli County VRBO! Pay close attention to the directions that David provides. GPS will take you elsewhere. Location, location, location! There were breathtaking views 360 degrees around this property and convenient within 5 minutes of town. I had no idea that the Chief Joseph ranch was so close and being a huge Yellowstone fan, I had to at least check it out. David was an exceptional host and greeted me upon arrival. Since it was just me traveling, I really liked the layout of the studio...extremely cozy. Deer were on the property several times throughout my stay. Even though the weather was not exactly cooperative for hiking, the location of the studio is convenient to several trail heads. No need to rent or buy bear spray as there are a couple cans to borrow there. The kitchen was fully stocked and there is a washer and dryer downstairs for your use as well as a sauna. I would stay there again and I defintely recommend! 5 stars in my opinion!
