Suite à notre séjour dans cet appartement, nous sommes déçu concernant le manque de propreté du logement ; La vaisselle n’était pas propre Une fourmilière dans la cuisine Et des sangsues dans la douche, douche qui n’était pas propre vu l’état des joints.

Nous aurions également été ravis de vous assister concernant la présence de fourmis et de sangsues que vous mentionnez, que nous n'avons toutefois pas constaté lors de notre inspection la plus récente. Nous confirmons qu'aucun animal ou insecte n'est présent dans le logement à l'heure actuelle, des fourmis peuvent toutefois apparaître dans la région à certaines périodes et nous recommandons donc à tous nos clients de maintenir l'appartement dans des conditions d'hygiènes permettant de limiter ce risque. Très bon séjour

De manière générale nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Le seul petit 'hic' étant la proximité avec le centre ville ainsi que le frigo qui ne possède pas de congélateur. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur le port, ainsi que la proximité de nombreuses commodités. Je recommande.

premiere location en espagne et tres beau studio au calme avec vue sur une petite marina. Propre bien equipe sauf machine a laver mais laverie a quelque metre. centre ville proche a pied et 2mn en voiture. Belle espace de vie pour deux.
