We own a small construction company and we built this home with a family in mind. We've put our personal touches throughout the home and hope it is a place where good memories are made. We live nearby and can respond quickly if guests have questions or a unique request. We want every guest to say that they enjoyed their stay.

Why they chose this property

It's a quiet, mature neighborhood. Neighbors know each another and look out for one another. There's off street parking for several vehicles, as well as that trailer, boat or super-duty pickup. Message Joan if you have questions about parking.

What makes this property unique

This house is happy when families are making great memories together.
It's also the perfect place to recharge when your group is in Sioux Falls for a sporting event, concert, or work.
If you have more than 10 in your group, let Joan know and she will prep a comfortable bed on the floor using a queen size, CordaRoy bean bag bed.
